— GEZEITENSTROM MUSIKMAGAZIN
Anna Yarbrough is a classically trained pianist, composer, and songwriter based in New York City. Her debut album DIVIDED—a modern-classical solo piano work influenced by the Minimalist, Impressionist, and Romantic movements—was released only one year ago. Since then, she has released music through several different labels and publishers: "Softer Sessions", a synchronization project, can be exclusively licensed with boutique music company "Instyle Music"; "Éire", "Mirage", and "Thirteen Moons" appear with NYC label Sonder House; and "O Come O Come Emmanuel", her most recent work with talented violinist Laura Masotto, appears on Brooklyn-based label Rhodium. TV placements include Keeping Up With the Kardashians, The Ellen Show, and The Young and the Restless.
Yarbrough is currently reconstructing her studio and working on several projects for release in 2020. This includes collaborative work, work with new labels, and a brand new album inspired by recent travels across the USA.
