Sharp Dialect is a collective of creatives from Chino Hills, California.
In 2017, a few college kids began free-styling over YouTube beats and recording in a bedroom. The passion for music continued to grow and in 2018, they decided to make their own music. In 2019, the group performed their first live show and released their first self-produced single, Without You. The group released their second single, Patience, and featured on Ruslan’s Indie Jones III in May and are expected to drop a slew of singles in 2019.
Isaiah Vargas, 22, is a singer and songwriter with influences from Hip Hop/Alternative artists Jon Bellion, Healy and BROCKHAMPTON. Vargas grew up to the melodic hits of the 70s and 80s that his parents would blast in the car. As of late, he has been heavily inspired by indie pop artists Dominic Fike, ROLE MODEL and Jimi Somewhere.
Through catchy melodies and honest lyrics, Sharp Dialect champions transparency as they aim to relay the human experience through the eyes of sinners who have been saved by the grace and work of Jesus Christ.
