When not focusing on her several charitable endeavors, Gloria continues to write and record, working in Nashville with 5x GRAMMY winner Christopher Stevens (TobyMac, Mandisa, Jason Aldean), 2x GRAMMY winner Shannon Sanders, as well as Yolanda Adams, Bart Millard (MercyMe), Mike Farris, and Jason Crabb. Her time spent creating and collaborating in Nashville has enabled Gloria to realize her passion in the roots gospel genre via her upcoming June 7th album, “Testimony.”
Her 2nd book, “We Will Survive: True Stories of Encouragement, Inspiration & the Power of Song” was a 2014 Best Spoken Word GRAMMY Nominee. Gloria presented at the 2105 GRAMMY Premiere Ceremony and was the headline performer at the 2015 GRAMMY Celebration. After an induction into the Library of Congress in 2016 for her recording of, “I Will Survive,” she was honored by the Library again in May 2017 which featured an afternoon “In Conversation” with Robin Roberts (Good Morning America) and a evening concert with her band plus a string section and gospel choir in the Thomas Jefferson Building’s Great Hall.
