Born and raised in the small city of Erie, PA, Ne’ Richa began her music journey at 16 years old as an on-air jockey for college radio while still writing and producing behind the scenes. After releasing her self-written and self-produced debut album, L.F.C. (Late 4 Class), in 2011, she began showcasing her talents in dozens of live shows around the Erie area. Ne’ Richa’s first single from the album, “Dollar”, has been heard on primetime shows such as Ray Donovan, and she was nominated for an Underground Music Award in 2012. At the top of 2013, she released her follow up The Moxy, and has stayed busy behind the scenes ever since. It’s 2017, and Ne’ Richa is now recording new material to release for her upcoming album, rumored to be titled Richmond. Now 30 years old, Ne’ Richa has expressed interest in tackling deeper issues in her music, and her new release is expected to showcase a growth all around.
