Woods’ debut album doesn’t have just one reading, and it may not be easy to understand at first, but each song is a different universe that the quintet eats away at savagely.
They started out as a math–rock band, not something easy to abandon, so the album is full of formulas and links that fill your ears with a feeling of stupefaction and misunderstanding. A mathematical labyrinth that also includes touches of jazz. "
