Lorine Chia has had quite the year so far and is projected to top off the summer with even more accomplishments.
After having a successful “Soundcloud First” Campaign and becoming one of the most streamed soundcloud artist in 2018, this summer Oprah’s “Queen Sugar” also caught wind of Lorine’s sound and featured two of her early singles on the OWN Network drama. Lorine has also been back in the studio working to release her new EP “Sweet Bombs’ featuring her most recent single “Purple”, and has been working to accompany each new single with a music video. Since introducing herself with her debut mixtape LORINE in November 2012, she's received the highest praises from the Wall Street Journal, Pitchfork, Billboard, Complex, Fader, Vibe, Rookie Magazine, and countless indie music blogs. Following her sophomore effort 'Naked Truths', Lorine was named Coca Cola's "Artist of the Week". After receiving placement on Def Jam artist Jeezy's 2015 single "Sweet Life" with Janelle Monae, Chia performed the song alongside the rapper on CBS' The Late Late Show with James Corden. Since then, she has released 'Onomatopoeic', 'Introduction to Sweet Noise', 'When Morning Comes', and her most recent EP 'REMEDY'. Over the course of her career, Chia has collaborated with artists including The Game, Wiz Khalifa, Jim Jones, The Cool Kids, Jamila Woods, and many more
