Coming from an extreme ultraorthodox Jewish background in Jerusalem, Israel. Ya’akov Shore, is a 23-year-old songwriter and Producer.
Jack struggled severely in the school system as a result of having severe dyslexia, ADD, and ADHD as well as the social pressures and extreme lifestyle in the community he was living in.
At the age of 15, he discovered the music production software Garageband on their cracked screen family computer which nine kids shared, Jack was hooked to the software. Music started out as a way to distract himself from struggles at school and the extreme ultra-orthodox lifestyle he was living, but the music quickly became much more than that.
At 17 Jack dropped out of High-School to pursue music and left his ultraorthodox roots. Jack saw a big rise on TikTok in early 2020 with his humorous appearance and fun music content gaining over 290k followers on the platform. Today Jack has relocated to the Netherlands, moving completely past the community and past he once had. You can find Jack doing what he loves most in his Amsterdam Studio!
