With her first attempts at songwriting starting at the age of 15, Camille has always written from life experiences and from the heart, and most of her songs have found their roots during times of worship and prayer. Since graduating from Bible college, Camille has been in various forms of ministry with her husband Rob, including traveling together as a singing/preaching duo in their first few years of marriage, accompanied by 2 earlier albums, Closer to Your Heart (1993), and Journey (1996). After a long break to raise children, Camille has recorded three new albums in the last 5 years: Worthy One (2013), Thrive (2015), and Sweet Christmas (2017), including songs that have been played on more than 800 stations around the world. Camille has also been nominated for 4 Covenant Awards, 3 of those from her latest album “Sweet Christmas”.
Camille's passion and concern for the orphans and underprivileged children of the world has led to her connection to Compassion Canada as a Compassion artist/speaker. Camille also has a passion for worship and loves to lead churches in passionate and intimate worship.
