British baritone Eamonn Dougan was a choral scholar and lay clerk at New College, Oxford, where he studied with Edward Higginbottom, and earned his diploma at the Guildhall School of Music in London.
Dougan has toured with the King's Consort and the Academy of Ancient Music, and is the associate conductor of The Sixteen. He is also the director of the Britten Sinfonia Voices and the Thomas Tallis Society Choir, a co-founder of La Contenance Angloise, and a member of the vocal ensemble I Fagiolini. In recital, Dougan has performed songs by Peter Warlock and Franz Schubert, as well as French chansons.
