“The lyrics were written when Brazil and the band were going through a moment of change! I think that's why it has a certain tone of desperation. It talks about love crises and the expansion of human consciousness. It shows that, once a psychic territory is conquered, we never get back," says the band's vocalist, Júlio Starace.
About Ted Marengos:
In 2011, Ted Marengos was born from the union of the ideas and influences of the brothers Júlio Starace (vocals and guitar), Luiz Pimentel (bass) and Thomaz Ayres (drums).
The band is in the path of independent music and wants to spread that idea in all possible directions, being a direct heir of traditional rock and evidencing the resistance of that music in its raw state.
With a good reception from the public, the band has already performed in various Brazilian cities, as well as abroad, with the "Dare From Brazil" tour, in which they made 40 presentations in 80 days, in cities such as London, New York, Nashville and Los Angeles.
