AGAMA is an emotionally charged, musically rich fusion of Jazz, Electronica and Soul; referencing both European and Afro-Caribbean choral traditions.
AGAMA explores themes of expression, justice and empowerment through stylistic vocals very much influenced and inspired by the great female Jazz singers.
This rare fusion of musical and cultural influences within a socio-political context mirrors Cassandra’s mixed Anglo-Jamaican upbringing, where she learned to sing within the Church and Musical Theatre schools in multi cultural Birmingham.
