Their songs are a hug, a drop of the sun to the mind. Because love, joy, and dance are sacred.
SACRE is the pseudonym of French electropop duo, Sukil and Hawaii, two producers that were destined to meet, and they eventually did in 2014 during a studio session.
Sukil and Hawaii each had their own story but shared similar vibrant thoughts on music and life.
Each were living in their own secluded worlds in which they soared beyond standard society without television, radio or social media. Instead, they were living off a shared paradox of ideas and relentlessly fueled by music.
The two took their chance encounter as a sign that they were destined to share their heated vision of sound with the world.
They began working as a team writing pieces for other projects.
Hundreds of tracks later, they decide to draw their own journey.
From there, they started writing songs for their first EP, and it wasn’t long before they were traveling far and wide—from NYC to LA to London—to record with musicians and singers.
Finally they met M-Ro, who became their producer.
In 2017, they became SACRE.
