In times where people are protesting against racial injustice not only in the US but globally, Jake Paul has been working on music to express his thoughts about the current movements that affect so many people around the world. In his song, “Someone Else's Rules,“ he sings about The Black Lives Matter Movement and musically captures the atmosphere of these dark and uncertain times. A song which invites us to reflect on today's world and whose melody offers hope for change.
Jake Paul started his music career in his early twenties, when he picked up a guitar for the first time. Despite this relatively late start, he quickly found his own way in the world of music, playing over 250 shows including Chicago's Hard Rock Cafe, New York’s The Bitter End, in addition to performing in Milwaukee's Summerfest five consecutive years.
Jake Paul’s passion for music has inspired the release of his five albums since 2011 alongside a handful of singles. His sound can be described as relaxed rock/pop mixed with urban elements.
