Sheri Miller was born in an extremely musical home in NY. Her mother was an opera singer & pianist.
Sheri began taking classical piano lessons at age 7, but rebelled by composing her own original songs about profound love & eternity. She’d written dozens of full songs by age 8, while singing along with Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, & The Beatles.
Blossoming artistically in NY, Sheri released her critically-acclaimed EP @Mantra, featuring @RightHereRightNow whose sheet music has been sold to thousands of brides. Sheri joined a 4-part vocal harmony group in Nashville, The Delilahs, which signed to Sony Music. Sheri co-wrote songs with Grammy winning songwriters Marcus Hummon (@DixieChicks), J.D. Souther (@Eagles), Al Anderson, @JillSobule, @ShawnMullins, Tony Scalzo (@Fastball), Lauren Christy & other hit writers.
On leaving the group, Sheri released her critically-acclaimed EP @WinningHand, produced by Kevin Killen (@U2) & “I Could Love You Still,” produced by @WillLee, feat. legendaries Steve Cropper, Paul Shaffer & Will, mixed by Frank Filipetti. Sheri embarked on an international tour of theaters, as a duet & background vocalist & guitarist, in @RaminKarimloo band, travelling on a tour bus with 9 guys. Sheri played @ICouldLoveYouStill each night, solo.
Sheri is now recording her new record in LA & Nashville, with Jeff Bova (@Herbie Hancock), Tim Pierce (@Adele), Will Lee, Aaron Sterling (@Sara Bareilles, @John Mayer) & Dave Eggar (@Coldplay), to be released in 2018.
