Europe scared stiff! The wolves are hungry once again! Thought to have been healed during a curative tour of Japan, Mr. Wolf and Mr. Wolf have turned back into animals!
They’ve left the protective gloom of the deep forest and are slinking around the towns, devouring hippies, hipsters and bass amplifiers – and anyone unable to endure their howls is one-two-three-four pounded to pieces by Mr. Wolf, the stand-up drummer. Those able to withstand them are bombarded with trash by gitarrero Mr. Wolf. Anyone left standing after the onslaught is one of those real rock’n’roll creatures that WolfWolf yowl about in their latest album: socio-, psycho- and other -paths, yetis, aliens and swamp monsters. Only those able to survive the WolfWolf assault belong in the Cryptid Zoo – and so to the WolfWolf pack. Like Corinne Odermatt, Märt Infanger, Idon Mine, Caroline Sury and Andrea Rausch, all artists who bravely stand by Messrs. Wolf and Wolf. Or wolf-whispering Blind Banjo Aregger, Pascale Claude, Luca Leombruni, Roland Christen and Lukas Speissegger, whose howling instruments make WolfWolf even more what they’ve always been: trash’n’roll from the woods.
