Belfast-based Scots/Canadian musician/writer Peter GW Sumadh has been described as everything from "morose mariachi" to “Radiohead meets Mumford…on a bad day”.
His 2015 debut "The Little Belfry EP" captured fans with it's "captivating" songs and the intensity of his compelling live performances continue to occupy a unique place in the city's vibrant music scene.
Recording out of the infamous Millbank Studios, the EP release was supported with gigs across the UK, Ireland, Canada and video/singles 'The Devil Came To Derry' and 'Oh Marseille' both drew praise as well as attention from the BBC.

New single 'Golden Cage' arrives in November 2017 and his full length debut is scheduled for release in Spring 2018.
Cited influences inc the poet Rimbaud, The Sadies, Sparklehorse, Leonard Cohen, Tom Waits and absinthe - which ‘The Mad Dalton’ is rumoured to collect but allegedly never tried.
