Juuso Hämäläinen

Juuso Hämäläinen is a Finnish composer and a visual artist. Through his art he wants to share the magical quality of life that is experienced when one stays present and perceives the world as it truly is and not through the concepts of the mind as most of us have learnt to do.

When one’s mind calms down, one can once again experience the aliveness of each thing and choose to take a conscious act from a non-egoistic point of view which is healing for oneself and others.
