His instrumental productions are infused with an old school swagger matched with a new school flow. Although he has an assertive style on the microphone, this is matched with a smooth and mellow delivery on choruses.
Since the beginning of 2013 COLL has released 3 mixtapes, 1 LP and 5 singles. Visual productions for these releases raised COLL’s profile locally and on the way received support from BBC introducing and Mustard TV. His energy on stage and persistence off stage led to support slots for ‘Lethal Bizzle, Jungle Brothers and Ugly Duckling on their headline shows in Norwich.
In December 2017, COLL released lead single ‘Take It Slow’ followed by the upbeat single ‘In My lifetime’ three months later.
‘In My Lifetime’ was named track of the week by People of paper.
COLL's EP ‘Blue Magic’ was released on March 29th 2018 via an exclusive premiere by Urban Vault.
The self-produced EP received a positive review from Certified UK and was featured by Mixtape madness.
