In 2017, Aidan Dykstra and Braden Wolf decided to start a band. A couple months later they lead added guitarist, Chris Tibbetts. By the end of that year, they began writing songs and recording them live. By 2018, MAB was beginning to get an idea for what they wanted in their first album. They spent a lot of time writing, and rewriting music until landing on a set list and going into the studio. In the middle of production in 2019, they added members Ryan Ramsey on bass and Pantry on rhythm guitar and backing vocals. Mediocre at Best has now become a published band on all major music streaming services and has officially released their first studio album, Bittersweet.
