The Ndlovu Youth Choir is a group of young people from the Ndlovu Care Group in the rural village of Moutse, Limpopo. Founded in 1994 by Dutch doctor, Dr. Hugo Templeman, the Ndlovu Care Group provides innovative healthcare, childcare, education, and community development. The choir deliver an experience of infectious joy, a toe-tapping and energetic South African music ranging from Afro-Pop classics to traditional South African music and original compositions irresistibly combined with mesmerizing choreography. The choir aims to ensure that a child from a disadvantaged community can enjoy the same level of musical tuition, care and opportunities as a child from a more affluent society. The choir creates a place of comfort and care – nurturing values such as self-discipline, self-confidence, tolerance, respect and leadership in our choristers.

2019 has had a few highlights for the choir—from reaching the final at AGT to being awarded the African Music Award at Europe’s most prominent African Music Festival in Germany. "Growing up we are encouraged to dream and think about what we want to be when we grow up." The choir’s America’s (AGT) Got Talent achievement has showcased their talent on the biggest talent show stage in the world, and had South Africans bursting with pride. Their journey continues to excite, unite and energise South Africa and the world.
