Westy Reflector is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter whose style-hopping ranges from elevated Rock, Pop, and Americana to compelling Ambient, Spoken-word, and Avant-garde.
His debut album Windfall came out in 2004 under his band alias The Reflectors . The band released 5 records over the next 7 years. A greatest hits collection from his years as The Reflectors arrived in 2012, for which Drew Barrymore drew the cover art.
Since 2011, his records have been solo efforts, with Reflector playing and/or programming almost all the parts. His best-selling 2014 record Particle Theory

was dedicated to John Arthur and Jim Obergefell, old friends who at the time were battling the state of Ohio in what would eventually become the landmark same-sex marriage case Obergefell v. Hodges. Arthur passed away before the record was released.
A guest of NPR's Studio 360 and numerous podcasts, his songs have appeared on films, television shows, and advertisements. Reflector is also an active member of the Disquiet Junto sound artist collective.
His music has been described as "up my alley" (Ellen Page), "scrumptious" (Brett Kilroe), and "a cloud with an iron scaffold" (Marc Weidenbaum). His tracks revel in what Reflector calls "sunny darkness," with a stated goal to create "existential sing-alongs that collide melody and meaning."
Two new albums are in the pipeline for 2021 and 2022, and during the COVID era, he is streaming exclusive live performances on the Limelight music app.
