    Goodbye (Last Time)
Michael Buono released his debut EP, Slow It Down, at the age of 21, and it was full of honest, hopeful, and piano-driven indie pop sounds.
Shortly thereafter, he found himself living 3,000 miles away from his hometown of Arlington, Virginia. While out in San Francisco, he often found himself doubting his own self worth and slowly losing hope, especially as he stumbled through painful breakups, loneliness, and the challenge of meeting people in a post-college world. In these tough moments, Michael turned to songwriting, as he always has, to express the feelings he's always wanted to share, but for one reason or another, are hard to say out loud. These are the emotions found on his upcoming second album, "Lost". "Lost" is broken, vulnerable, yet powerful.
Michael turned to his favorite influences to find a musical backdrop for these emotions; Billy Joel and Bruce Springsteen were his childhood favorites, and artists like Ben Rector and Jon Bellion have been some recent inspirations as well. The result is an album that explores pop, rock, and indie vibes, yet is connected by a single emotional thread.
"Lost" will be out soon; you can stream the first two singles "Hero" and "Rescue" now, and stay tuned for the rest!
