The two connected when Johnny’s former booking agent caught Dustin’s show and was so impressed, called Johnny to take a listen. The following week the two meet up and decided to join forces.
Dustin and Johnny began rehearsing and combing their catalog of songs. They came up with 7 that they decided to record at Soup Can Studios in Detroit, with Producer and Engineer, Andy Patalan (Sponge, Taproot, Ted Nugent). Their self- titled debut album was mixed and mastered in late 2018 at SLR Studios, Windsor, CA. by Martin Bak (No Resolve, Ghost of August, Autumn Kings).
The studio lineup was Brandon Gill on drums and Randy Johnson on bass. After the recordings were completed, auditions were conducted to find a dynamic front man. That’s where Jeremy Rober of Breaking Grace fit in on bass/vocals. The last piece of the puzzle was local drum sensation Scottie Vining formerly of In Theory.
