Over the past twelve years--since the age of 11--Sarah has been in the entertainment business as a catalogue model, actress, and singer. She has studied acting and music in New York, instructed by veteran professionals from The New York University Tisch School of the Arts, The Metropolitan Opera, and Broadway. Her performances range from non-profit fundraisers for cancer research to neighborhood pubs in Ireland and England. Most notably, she has also played popular Athens and Atlanta venues such as Hendershots Coffee Bar, The Vinyl/Center Stage, The Georgia Theatre, and The Foundry where she was showcased among those considered The Best of Unknown Athens. A top five finalist for the 2017 Vic Chestnutt Songwriter of the Year Award, Sarah has also opened for critically acclaimed Americana singer/songwriter Elliot Bronson. Zuniga writes in Spanish and English, compiling an impressive body of work representing folk, coffeehouse, and alternative genres. Some of these songs will be featured in her upcoming debut EP, Someday Soon. Her first single, “People Do Crazy Things For Love,” has been released on Spotify, iTunes, GooglePlay, Apple Music, and Amazon!
She is committed to reaching a major audience, inspiring hopeful realism through catchy melodies and raw, honest lyrics reflecting her deep concern for self-awareness, circumstance, and acceptance.
