Formed in the summer of 2018 with members Noah Boland, Spencer Cefalu, Jackson Morris, and Jackson Reynosa, Dudeo Perez took to the young scenes of Central California with the intent to finally reveal his true identity.
The first chapter of his story is "Allons'y", a playful album which chronicles tales of failed anti-heroes, friendly alien encounters, an all-you-can-eat sushi house, a young boy who eats lunch by himself, and more. Hooky vocals, catchy guitar progressions, and unorthodox song structures make the young boy's message very clear- "Allons'y", or in English, "Let's Go."
In the band's latest release, "King of Last Year", Dudeo Perez is no longer the shy, behind-the-scenes character that is portrayed in "Allons'y". The sophomore album tells the story of a Jester and his unstable relationship with his King, explains a failed attempt at friendship with a cult leader, and introduces us to a few of his new friends - Arnold, Josie, Lucy, and Che. Calm, laid-back vocals combined with intricate guitar melodies escalate to driving bass lines, blaring guitar solos, and heavy drums reveals to us much more about his personality and his approach to adversity than we knew before.
