Southern charm and northern charisma encapsulate the attitude...but it's the inimitable vulnerability that accurately validates his own framework for years to come as evidenced by the explosion of his debut singles "28" and "3K15" in the autumn of 2016.
In the spring of 2017, Henderson emerged from the early writing sessions for his forthcoming debut album with the heart-wrenching single, "runaway!" produced by L' Camino. While Ace handled the production for the glassy-eyed and foggy windowed ballad "getaway driver", he received a sizzling summer anthem "Let It Go" from Grammy-nominated producer Made of Oak to round out a galvanizing display of artistic freedom - the majority of the EP is soundtracked at the hands of the enigmatic Michael McKain ("push"/ "on the way"/ "third shift"), but it's the arranging of Yasminah, Niya Wells and Marc Anthony Figueras' craftsmanship on guitar that captures Henderson's ability to blend color and sound into his palatable 6 track EP "free:nights&weekends". While much can be made about his future in the stratosphere - the Raleigh, North Carolina native prefers to focus on "spreading love the Brooklyn way" no matter where he's destined to go.
