Among many notable achievements, award-winning pianist composer Sherry Shieh was presented to Prince Philip of England for outstanding music achievement at the age of 12. Sherry performed at Academy Award-winning actress Audrey Hepburn’s memorial service in 1993, and has worked under Academy Award-winning composer Luis Bacalov- Il Postino, Kill Bill. 
Sherry's music style evolves from impressionistic to minimalistic, and was influenced by Debussy and Prokofiev. She has won 2 major nominations from Taiwan Grammy’s Award (GMA) for Rhythm & Bach and released 6 albums to date, including national best-sellers: Tango with Chopin and My Desiring Heart Works Inspired by Bach. 
 During her years at Indiana University, Sherry studied with the eminent pedagogues Jean Louis Haguenauer and Vladimir Viardo. As the youngest Ph. D. student of the legendary pianist Anthony di Bonaventura, Sherry has performed extensively around the world. In 2007, her ballet GATE toured in Taiwan and was awarded “Best Group of the Year” . Sherry has collaborated with the award-winning Taiwanese Rock band The Chairman, and appeared as guest performer at Marvin Hamlisch International Music Awards. In 2011, Sherry dedicated Joyful Heart to victims of 311 Japanese Tsunami, drawing attention from Jinmen Government which commissioned her to write Jinmen 100th. Currently Sherry resides in New York & just released 2 singles: Reborn and Higher Love (Instrumental) .
