Born in São Paulo, Carlos in 2014 he moved to New York to pursue a career as a singer of American pop-jazz standards as well as Brazilian classics. The duo also performed at Iridium, one of the city’s top jazz clubs. In 2017 Carlos released the CD Copacabana Station, a Brazilian-flavored tribute to two of his heroes, Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole.
