The Hydden's sound is best described as a melting pot of post-blues, grunge and straight heavy rock. Having soon gained a reputation as a strong and refreshing live act, they always insist of playing face-to-face so the audience can take on the role as voyeur.
The first album "Anthems For The Wild And Hungry" was recorded in Toronto, CA, with producer Michael Philips (Stone Sour, The Cliks) who gave their songs a unique sound which they were able to reproduce on stage. Soon after their debut was released, they caught the attention of german Label BrillJant Alternatives that would eventually re-release the album worldwide in early 2018. Their single "The Other Way" reached 200.000 streams shortly. After playing several mini-tours in Germany and Switzerland, they were sent on the road with British trio The Brew in late 2018 in order to gain more international attention. The Hydden are currently writing new songs for their successor album that is said to come out in 2019.
