Keith had his first Live performance at just 8 years old.
He has picked up various awards over the years in various bands, including ‘Band of the Year’ at clubs all over the UK, to ‘Song of the year’ for his Duet with Shannon Petrie.
The Northern Nashville Country Music Festival was one of the biggest in the UK. He was lucky enough to be part of this line up for quite a number of years which included Country Names such as:-
Gene Watson, Suzy Bogguss, Radney Foster, Joey & Rory, as well as many others.
A few years back he recorded an album consisting of 10 tracks, every track on the album was written by his Father, David Macleod.
The album 'In my Father’s words' proved very popular, with the first track on the album (It Must Be Love) reaching number 3 in the European Country Music Charts.
He teamed up with Shannon Petrie a few years back when they released their version of ‘Lay Down Beside Me’.
They were asked by so many people to record it after performing it on stage, that they decided to do just that.
The track was recorded in Nashville by Phil Anderson and has some of Nashville’s top session musicians playing on it.
The track earned them ‘Song of the Year’ award on North Highland Radio in the North of Scotland.
It has also been made available as a download on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, CDBaby, as well as many other platforms.

His most recent release ‘Banjo’, went straight in at number 10 in the iTunes Country Charts and is a weepy (hankies required!)
