Yo Trane learned English listening to American legends ranging from Michael Jackson and Prince to Biggie and Tupac. He began his career rapping in France, alongside his producer Kalim, but after a few years, he started doing vocal covers that gave him international exposure. In 2016, he released his first EP, "Late Night Drive," which achieved millions of streams on Spotify and Soundcloud as a result of his emphatic fanbase in both Europe and the United States. In 2017, Yo Trane released the three singles “High Off You," "Night Calls,” and "Alone," allowing him to further perfect his melodic sound en route to releasing his highly anticipated second EP entitled, “Waves in the Moonlight” in 2019. At this point in his career, Yo Trane has been highly successful as an independent artist as he plans to continue to create the type of music his fans have come to know and love.
