Shelby released her debut album, Make Sound, in February of 2018 and followed it up with her sophomore EP, Bad for Me, in June 2019. Her newest single, Overthinking, dropped June 2020. Shelby has played venues all across the Midwest region and has opened for a variety of national artists including pop artist, Eric Hutchinson, and Youtube star, Danielle Ate the Sandwich. Her song, Out of Here, was a finalist in Broadway’s Taylor Louderman (Mean Girls) Write Out Loud musical theatre composer contest 2020. Other accomplishments include winning the Akron High Arts Festival in 2017 and finishing as the runner-up the following year. Shelby is a proud endorser of Kahua Ukuleles.
Shelby holds a BA degree from Kent State University in Music Education. She currently teaches K-5 general music in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
