SABOR 2.0, previously known as Alejandro & Grupo SABOR, Vermont's first Latin Band, USA.
From contemporary to traditional salsa, merengue and bachata to folkloric fusion from Dominican Republic; meet SABOR 2.0, a vital element at any Latin-American music and dance event in Burlington, Vermont. Residing in the quiet niche of Vermont, SABOR 2.0 has most certainly brought a lively tone to the northern community, expanding to neighboring states and into Canada.
SABOR’s reach include the Albany Riverfront Jazz Music Festival to open for Grammy award-winner Branford Marsalis. The Flynn Center, The Discover Jazz Festival, The VT International Festival while venues such as Higher Ground, Red Square, UVM’s Grand Maple Ballroom and history Club Metronome, have welcomed the band to bring their rhythm and energy to keep bodies moving.

The band continues to bring new and diverse content such as the urban Salsa “Ten Cuidao Coronavirus”; a Kizomba version of Bonita; and has even introduced a NEW SubGenre: Art Bachata.
