Nico Rosenberg is a Chilean electronic producer, multi-instrumentalist and psychologist. He first came to prominence as a member of the local band BORAJ before establishing himself as a solo artist.
His first EP, "The Second Expedition" (2018), inspired by Ray Bradbury's "The Martian Chronicles" evoke diverse emotions around our daily use with technology. The record stands out in the region for incorporating string arrangements, field recordings, tape manipulation and the use of machine-learning algorithms to create organic soundscapes. It was recorded at the 100-year-old Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Perpetuo Socorro in Santiago, Chile.
