Steph Morin is a Canadian country singer-songwriter born in Montreal. His music career started a while ago, in a bar, asking a singer if he could play a few songs between two sets. He was hired right away by the owner and played there for 6 months in a row. After playing covers in the Quebec area for a couple of years, he decided to hit the road with his own material.
Steph likes to hang out in New Jersey where he met a local musician in a music store in Asbury Park in the summer of 2015. After hearing one of his new songs, he said ”Man, you sound great!”. Back in his hotel room, Steph wrote ‘Last Train’, which became his first radio single and the foundation of his project.
Back in Montreal, his new musical adventure began. He rushed in the studio where he produced ‘I Won’t Forget You’, his debut EP album released in June 2018.
Since then, his material has been well received by medias across North America. In 2018, he made it to the top 10 in an opening act contest for Bon Jovi hosted by Evenko. Steph played in Eastern Canada, small venues in the USA, appeared in several radio shows, and he came back home to host two crazy nights with his band at 'Le Ministere' in Montreal in 2019.
In 2020, he released ‘Live in Montreal’, a live album, to thank his fans for their support since the beginning of his project while they wait for his upcoming album to be released in 2022
