The Goldwyn Experiment was formed in Glasgow, Scotland in the Fall of 2010.
The project was based on riffs Goldwyn had written over the years playing Lead guitar with various bands ranging from Jazz, Rock, Metal, Blues and cover bands. He spent the Fall of 2010 turning those riffs into songs, which would also be his very first attempt at writing and composing all the parts to a full song.
Early 2011, the song "Fadin' Away" was released, featuring Rob Flynch from Italy and Yasmin from Ireland on Vocals, Tim Kitchen from England on Drums and Boris Mayer from Mauritius on Bass Guitar.
Two months after the release of "Fadin' Away," The Single "Vittu Mita Paskaa" was released which would make The Goldwyn Experiment™ more than just a side project. The music video followed a few months later which brought a lot of attention to the project.
In the summer of 2012, the EP "Tonight we Fly" was released, thereby turning the side project into a Goldwyn and Friends Project, where he had several artists coming on board to sing and play over songs from different genres such as "Fast Response" a Screamo type song featuring Ben Warren, "Tobaso" a Latin based riff with Boris Mayer's Scat and Bass, "Revolver .44" a rap infused song, and "Experience" which featured all the Musicians together on the one song.
