Sydney Hutchko

Sydney Hutchko has been in love with music since her mom played Naomi to her three-year-old Wynonna, singing, "Grandpa, Tell Me 'Bout the Good Old Days" in their family room.
These days, whether she's opening for Miranda Lambert, Brett Eldredge, or Florida-Georgia Line, playing to 80,000 fans at Ohio's Jamboree in the Hills or playing for the crowd at the Key West Songwriters' Festival, the love is just as strong.

Sydney was chosen to go to Los Angeles as part of American Idol's "Hollywood Week." She was among the 4,000 people in Nashville who auditioned for Season 14, and was one of only 37 contestants who walked away with a ‘Gold Ticket’.
Last year, Sydney was voted into the NashNext Top 10-- an artist development competition aimed at discovering and releasing music from prominent and talented newcomers. She worked with mentors Scott Borchetta (President, Big Machine Label Group) and judges Kix Brooks (of Brooks and Dunn) and James Stroud (Country Music Producer). Sydney and the rest of the Top 10 then went on a national tour with Warner Music artist RaeLynn.
Most recently, Sydney has been working on a new EP with Co-Writer and Producer Charlie Berry. Sydney has written all of the songs on the EP, and plans to release it in late spring, in conjunction with the release of her new single, "Don't Call."
