“A musical ray of sunshine” – Atwood Magazine “Stirring alt-pop anthems” – Get In Her Ears Saachi Sen is an expressive pop singer-songwriter from London. Her vivid, imaginative lyrics have earned her several accolades, including a semi-finalist place in the International Songwriting Competition and PRS for Music’s prestigious Lynsey de Paul Prize for female songwriters. A past resident artist at Camden’s Roundhouse, Saachi’s live career covers festivals like Frank Turner’s Lost Evenings II, Alchemy at the Southbank Centre and Cambridge Big Weekend’s mainstage, plus popular London venues like O2 Academy Islington, the Camden Assembly and Oslo Hackney (supporting Rothwell and Soumik Datta). In her biggest gig to date, she performed in Trafalgar Square to over 10,000 people at Pride in London 2019. Her jazz band Saachi reached Glastonbury’s Emerging Talent Competition Long List last year and has gained support from BBC Introducing and Spotify editorial playlists such as Women of Indie India. Saachi’s solo music, recorded at the likes of Abbey Road and Spotify’s Secret Genius studios, is influenced by classic songwriters including Don McLean and Suzanne Vega as well as modern pop stars like Lauv and Gabrielle Aplin. She releases her new, summery dance track ‘Don’t Say It’ followed by her debut solo music video in August 2020. Follow her socials or learn more at
