Her debut album was released through EMI in 2009 and contained collaborations with producers such as Anthony Whiting and Adrian Lux. After her debut, Name the Pet disappeared from the limelight and when she returned with the follow up album Future/Now in 2014, she showed up with an entirely new sound. By then all of the music was written, produced and released by herself. Since then Name the Pet has become an important part of the emerging scene of female producers in Stockholm. In addition to writing/producing, she is also one of the founders of ⌘J – a Stockholm based supportive group/community for women, in one way or another, connected to the music industry.
