Claiming to one day be the first major artist to come out of the humble Milwaukee, Wisconsin, JC Kroupa began his music career with heartache.
His first ever single "Nicole" was the cry of discovered betrayal that launched him into a whirlwind of music chronicling his struggles with depression, heartbreak, anger, ambition; but also enfusing him with the will to inspire joy & laughter through word and song. He released his first amateur project "Face to Face" in January of 2018, followed only 4 months later by a 23-track mixtape; "Milwaukee Mixtape" that marked the 20 year old as a Grade-A lyricist. In October of the same year he released his EP "Spirit" which to many, gave him sex appeal & the pop-hit sound needed to succeed in a crowded industry. The "Lion" released his second EP: "Son" on February 1, 2019, an introspective project no-doubt influenced by the death of his mother just weeks prior. JC Kroupa plans to release a collaboration album with his longtime friend & producer J-Prime called "Cain & Abel" in 2019 that will aide in the continued growth of his fanbase and skill as an artist, and tour this project along the West Coast summer 2019.
