Five studio CDs, a live album and countless singles later the ever touring Lunachicks
saw themselves sharing the stage with such bands as The Ramones, Joan Jett, The Offspring, Marilyn Manson, Deborah Harry, No Doubt, The Buzzcocks, Rancid, NOFX, and The Go-Go’s while also playing The Reading festival and a few Vans Warped tours.
Since the departure of rhythm guitarist Sindi in 1997, the Lunachicks have remained a quartet. Theo, Gina, Squid, and Chip (their drummer since 1994) honed their skills and matured into a tight sonic outfit without ever losing their satirical edge.
The Lunachicks’ touring days ended in 2000 reuniting in 2002 and then in 2004 to play with Joan Jett in DC for “The March For Women’s Lives”.
Music after Lunachicks: Theo recorded and toured with her, "Theo and the Skyscrapers” and @GinaVolpe formed and fronted her power trio @Bantam, released her 2017 debut solo EP “Different Animal” + 5 new Singles in 2019
