Straight out of Toronto, Scarborough, Mili Soch gravitated towards hip-hop at a young age of 14 while honing his freestyle skills in high school with an impressive fusion of English and Hindi rap.
His first single, “Make Her Say" (2016), received solid acclaim, including radio play thanks to DJ Baba Kahn, who brought him on his radio show on Toronto’s G 98.7FM to premiere the single. Upon the release of Mili's second single, “Time” in 2017, he was able to grab the audience and start building his core fan base. Mili Soch recently collaborated with critically acclaimed Desi Hip-Hop artist Fateh DOE, and the release of his hit single set the urban desi community by storm. One can truly feel the depth of the underground, and the artistic emotion behind the rhyme schemes and metaphors. The fusion between modern urban driven production with hip hop culture, melded with an Indian influence is the essence of what Mili represents. Mili’s mission is for Urban Desi music to be recognized worldwide on a commercial level reflected by the international diaspora of South Asians.
