George Dearborne was born and raised in the dancehalls and honkytonks of South and East Texas, where he learned to dance to the traditional country music of Ray Price and Johnny Bush.
These musical influences moved George to form his first band at 15 and he has never looked back.
Originally playing drums, Dearborne realized that to get the girls he would have to be the singer and so he moved out from behind the drum kit, picked up a guitar and developed the vocal style that makes him one of the finest vocalists in all of country music. His first EP - "I'm Gonna Walk" offers something for every contry music fan.
The first single "Tumbleweed" was released to Texas radio in the summer of 2018 and peaked at #43 on the TRRR chart. The second release "If You're Gonna Ride" is out January of 2019 and the expectations are high. Already well received in Europe and throughout the United States, this record is poised to put Dearborne on every country music fan's playlist. "Better Off is a traditional country and western swing song, written in part by Clay Walker, also of Beaumont, TX. "Bring Down the Wall" and "Everything You Want" are traditional dance hall shuffles and will you have two-stepping the night away. Finally, "Tappa Kegga Brew" is the All-American feel good song about what to do on Friday night after a hard days work.
