Around that same time, Humphreys decided to lend his lead guitar skills to another local band just starting out in the Spokane scene at the time - Buffalo Jones. Over the next couple of years, both Plastic Saints and Buffalo Jones played steady shows around Spokane and the Pacific Northwest, and both bands released their debut albums in 2008.
Since that time, both bands have played for audiences large and small all over the region. Plastic Saints are currently on hiatus, but Buffalo Jones continues to thrive well over a decade after starting to rock the Spokane area. Buffalo Jones has opened for several national acts, toured across the western United States, and has released three albums.
In 2018, Brandon and longtime bass player Bob Christilaw started playing acoustic shows together under the name "The B-Team."
Brandon is currently finishing up writing for his first solo album, which will be a mix of rock and alt-country, focused around a theme of failure and redemption. It will be called "Icarus Also Flew," and is expected to be released in September of 2019.
