The now 20-year old singer-songwriter celebrated unprecedented success and acclaim with her debut EP “Astrid S”, which included the hit single Hurts So Good and Paper Thin. Tracks such as 2AM, Hyde and her collaboration with producer Matoma; Running Out have also contributed to her rapidly growing fan base worldwide.
Astrid’s successes have led to collaborations with Avicii, Matoma and Shawn Mendes a.o. and gave her her first MTV EMA Award (Best Norwegian Act–2015). She also received her first Norwegian Grammy Award for Newcomer of the Year and received multiple other nominations including Track of the Year for “Hurts So Good” in 2016 and for 2AM in 2015.
In 2016 she was opening for Troye Sivan in Europe and North America before she wen on her first European headline tour, which sold out in matter of hours. Her largest tour to date, the Party's Over World Tour, opened in September 2017.
After dropping her latest EP “Party’s Over” in May 2017, including tracks as Breathe, Bloodstream and Such A Boy, Astrid S released her latest single Think Before I Talk this fall and brought her directly into the Global Spotify Chart and to the very top of the Norwegian one.
