    Could You Be
Sachellys Michell Andrade (born 27 April 1994), known artistically as ‘Sachellys’, is a Colombian singer and songwriter.
Sachellys showed interest in music at the age of 12 when she began taking guitar lessons. As a result of this, she began writing songs acoustically though she was too shy to sing them to anyone other than herself. At school she studied music which lead her to record her first song at the age of 13 which was released via Myspace. The feedback was good enough to push her to continue recording the ideas she wrote on the guitar. Eventually she started posting acoustic covers on YouTube, enough to get her noticed and invited to perform live.
In 2013 Sachellys was invited to compete at the Jump Off where she done a cover of 21 seconds by So solid crew but was knocked out on the third round. This didn’t discourage Sachellys and she continued performing at different events eventually landing an opportunity to open for Reggaeton superstar Arcangel at the Troxy Theatre that same year. She was then invited In 2014 to support Ella Eyre at the Kensington Roof gardens.
Throughout these years Sachellys was working on her own music, collaborating with various producers in search of her sound, until eventually liaising with producer Jason Julian in 2017, who she has worked with ever since. In February 2019 she released her first single ‘Could You Be’. She was then invited to perform at the London Pride festival where she sang her following single ‘Paradise’.
