Tipped off to an audition, a 16-year-old Carson booked his first role in the second season of the popular web-series, TWEET.
His profile on the rise, he began auditioning for Nickelodeon roles, snagging the part of Cole Reyes in Nick’s first global series I AM FRANKIE. The show, which filmed in Miami, ran for two seasons, and considerably raised Carson’s prestige amongst teen viewers. SINISTER SEDUCTION on Lifetime followed, as well as an arc on ABC’s hit series AMERICAN HOUSEWIFE as Will Hansen, a football player with a secret. Carson has an upcoming holiday film coming out, SANTA IN TRAINING, as well as a series regular role as Ty Townsend in the much-anticipated Netflix series SWEET MAGNOLIAS, debuting this spring. Music has always been his first love though, and Carson is thrilled to get back to it. Having hit it off with co-star Taylor Castro on the DREAM KILLER set, she invited him to re-record her single “Don’t Know What to Say.” Fans fully embraced both song and video. Inspired, Carson went on to write 5 more songs with Taylor, some of which will be heard on his forthcoming 4-song EP. The first single, “Game,” which he wrote on his own, matches a trip-pop beat with Carson’s acoustic guitar for a terrific pop song. “With music, I have the ability to express my ideologies and my personal thoughts and feelings. Songwriting gives me an outlet to express and to personalized, that no other medium of art and expression can compete with."
