began rapping at the age of twelve (12). Not having the funds to go to
studios, YOUNGIN taught himself how to write, produce, mix, and even
do his own graphics and artwork. In June 2007, YOUNGIN won a local
contest called “Hot 16”, where rappers spit a 16 bar verse and the
viewers chose the winner. Youngin directed and edited his first video
“Sheesh” in 2011. Youngin released a 90's/early 2000's era of hip-hop
album titled “Tha Rewind” in 2013. The album received a write up on
the Washington City Paper blog. In 2013, Youngin performed at half
time during a Washington Wizards game. A feat that is rare for an
unsigned artist. Youngin released "Gary's EP" in 2017.
