Neil Tatar is an experienced composer, guitarist and pianist. His first album, "Where Did The Time Go", a collaboration with Grammy Award winning cellist David Darling, received stellar reviews and reached the #1 ranking worldwide on the ZMR Top 100 Global Radio Airplay chart in 2015.
The album was also a finalist for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album of 2015. His second release, "Learning To Fly" was recorded at Imaginary Road Studios under the guidance of legendary producer and guitarist Will Ackerman (founder of Windham Hill Records). The album landed on the Grammy ballot for Best New Age album, reached a #1 ranking on the ZMR Top 100 chart, and was a finalist for Best Contemporary Instrumental album of 2015. In May of 2016, Neil was honored by Zone Music Reporter as Best New Artist of 2015, an award presented by broadcasters, reviewers, and radio programmers worldwide. His third release, "After The Rain", was also produced at Imaginary Road Studios with Will Ackerman, is presently receiving outstanding reviews, and the track "When I Was Young" was a finalist for Best Contemporary Instrumental Song of 2018. After The Rain reached the #1 ranking on the ZMR Top 100 Global Radio Airplay Chart for both February and March 2018. In addition, it was the #1 seller on Amazon New Age "Hot New Releases" Chart for several weeks this year.
