“I grew up listening to a lot of timeless music of various genres, but it wasn’t until I was a little older that I started to really listen to the words,” she says. “I’ve always been inspired by big soulful voices such as Aretha Franklin and Whitney Houston. I’d have to say, my biggest influence is Stevie Nicks because of her poetic lyrics and that little bit of mystery she brings to her songs. She is an iconic strong woman who I truly look up to.”
